New Hot Spot: Tejon Eatery
3/1/21 UPDATE: City Works Eatery has changed its name to Tejon Eatery.
Long gone are the days we had to drive to Denver Milk Market for a food hall dining experience. First came Coati, with its fresh and eclectic take on a pod dining experience. And next comes City Works Eatery, a 28,000 square foot super venture by the Guadagnolis, the couple behind such downtown nightclubs as Cowboys, Blondie’s, and The Mansion, not to mention countless other Colorado Springs development projects.
City Works will have its own unique vibe, with two gorgeous half-circlebars where folks can drink and be merry, though it will also have more family-friendly options such as a retro-style ice-cream shop.
It’s obvious, from chatting with Sam Guadagnoli, that the second-floor Motorcycle Museum is at the heart of the project. In addition to the full exhibits from the Rock Mountain Motorcycle Museum, Sam will be displaying vintage bikes from his own personal collection. In total, visitors can expect to view somewhere between 70-90 classic and vintage bikes.
